Has anyone else been following the case of Brittany Wagoner-Moore and the events at the Alms Apartments? I'm deeply troubled by how domestic violence played a part in this tragedy. Brittany was trying to protect herself, but it seems like the system failed her and her family. I can’t begin to imagine the pain of losing two children in such a horrific manner. It's encouraging to see the community coming together to support the family—donations to the Wagoner Memorial Fund are a kind gesture, but I wish things never reached such a devastating point. Has anyone heard what further steps are being taken to address domestic violence cases like this? It's a heartbreaking reminder that more needs to be done to protect vulnerable individuals in our communities. My thoughts are with Brittany's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
