Does anyone have more information about the neighborhood where Derek was found? I think there might be something significant about the location that hasn't been explored yet. University Park seems like a busy area, with students and residents, but it also has its quiet corners. Was this a targeted attack, and did anyone see or hear anything unusual that night? It's distressing to think that someone so full of life like Derek could be taken away so violently. I really hope the community can come together to share anything that might help bring peace to his family. Every detail could be crucial. Sending love to all who knew Derek.
