I've been thinking a lot about Rashad Daniels' case and how it highlights the ripple effect of violence on communities. It's truly bewildering that no suspects have been identified yet. The location where this happened, 110th and Harvard Avenue, isn't too far from where some of my own friends live, and it's unsettling to think this could still remain unsolved.
It's hard to grasp how something so senseless has left a family without a son, brother, or friend. I've seen posts from his friends sharing memories and pictures, and it's clear he was loved by many. It just goes to show that while our world is big, our communities are close-knit, and each loss is felt deeply by so many.
I really hope someone who knows something comes forward soon. Rashad’s family deserves answers and some form of peace amidst this nightmare. If there's ever a time to come together and help, it's now. Let's continue sharing information and urging anyone with details to speak up. Rashad deserves justice, and so does his family.
