Has anyone looked into whether there were any reports of foul play or suspicious activity in the area where Ahmet Kursat went missing? I know that stretch near the border can be really tough to investigate with some of the criminal activity that sometimes happens there. I feel like understanding the broader context of what might have been happening in McAllen around August 2012 could offer some clues or at least rule certain theories out. Also, has there been any new technology or methods introduced in recent years that might help retrace steps or pick up on anything that was missed at the time? It’s frustrating seeing cases like this go over a decade without more answers. Hoping for some breakthrough in the future.
