I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of security at venues like XO Nightclub and how it might have prevented tragedies like what happened to Sylvester Watkins. It's so devastating to think a night out could end in such a senseless loss. I feel for his family and friends who are still searching for answers. I've seen nightclubs with heavy security presence deter conflicts from escalating like this. Were there any cameras in the parking lot that could provide more clues? It's a painful reminder of the importance of safety measures, and I hope anyone with information feels urged to come forward. Sylvester deserves justice, and his family deserves closure. Stay safe out there, everyone.
