I’ve been following the tragic case of Richard Eugene Whitaker Jr. and can’t stop thinking about the community’s role in this situation. He was obviously a beloved member of Kenton, well-known for his work at Rick's Auto Sales and his involvement with the First Baptist Church. It just emphasizes how interconnected we all are in smaller towns. Has anyone heard more from the church community or whether they’re doing anything to support the investigation or Richard’s family? It must be so tough for them right now. I hope someone steps forward with info soon—this family deserves closure. Sending love to everyone who knew Richard.
