Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Dinkins case closely, and something that’s really stuck with me is the bravery of Allison's young daughter. I can’t even begin to imagine the traumatic experience she went through that night and the difficult path to recovery she has ahead. It's truly remarkable how resilient kids can be, even in the face of such horrific circumstances. I hope she’s receiving all the love and support she needs, not just physically but emotionally, too. This must be so incredibly hard for her family, trying to help her heal while dealing with their own grief. My heart goes out to them. Has anyone heard how she’s doing nowadays? I’d like to think the community is rallying around her with a lot of warmth and care.

I’ve been following the Allison Dinkins case, and one aspect that's been haunting me is how tight-knit the community around Brittain Road seems to be. The neighbors who called in the gunshots that night had a crucial role in ensuring help arrived as quickly as it did. It’s a chilling reminder that even in neighborhoods where people look out for each other, such violence can strike without warning. I hope that those close to Allison and her daughter find strength in their community during this unimaginably difficult time. The bravery of neighbors who took immediate action is commendable. It underscores how vital it is for communities to stay connected and supportive, even more so when there's an alarming rise in incidents of domestic violence. My heart goes out to everyone affected. I can’t begin to imagine the immense pain they're enduring.
