Hi all, I've been diving into the case of Dennis Watson recently, and one thing that really sticks out to me is the lack of any significant media coverage or public attention at the time of his murder. It's truly bewildering and saddening to think that a life was tragically taken, yet it didn’t spark the widespread investigation or public outcry that it deserved. I keep wondering why this was the case. Was it the lack of forensic technology back in 1990? Was it seen as just another tragic loss in a small town? I wish we knew more about how the community reacted or if there were any local rumors or theories that the mainstream media just didn't pick up on. I feel for his family, who must still be wondering why justice has been so elusive. Would love to hear if anyone else has any thoughts or insights on why some cases get so much attention while others don't. Every victim's story is important and deserves to be told. Stay safe, everyone.

I am so glad to see someone else is finally looking into my father's case. I was 12 years old at the time but I knew even then that this wasn't a suicide. There was absolutely no investigation at all, simply ruled suicide. I would love to talk with you sometime. Should I send you my number?
