Was anyone else struck by the detail about the bullets being painted in the Crips' signature blue? It really speaks to the cold, calculated nature of these acts and the twisted pride they took in their affiliation. It’s just chilling to think they treated something so sinister like a calling card. It must be incredibly difficult for the families of Susan and Tracy to know that their loved ones were taken in such a senseless and symbolic act of violence. My heart goes out to them, and I hope they find some strength in the support of their community and those who continue to remember Susan and Tracy’s lives.
