Does anyone else feel like a lot of the attention in these discussions often focuses on the perpetrator and their motives, while the victim gets overshadowed? In Carlene's case, it's so sad to think about the vibrant parts of her life that aren't talked about enough—like her role in the community or any of her personal achievements. I understand the curiosity surrounding the motives, but it feels important to remember and honor Carlene for who she was, beyond just the tragic circumstances of her passing. I can't imagine the pain her daughter and loved ones must still feel. It's a poignant reminder that these cases impact real people left behind. Thoughts?
