I’ve been reading about Kevin Antonio "Hank" Womack’s case, and I can’t stop thinking about how the entire situation seems to have just faded away. It’s been over a decade, and it still doesn’t seem like justice has been served for him or his family. Kevin had such a promising future and was cherished by his community, especially at the Saint Paul Apostle Church of Jesus Christ. I’ve seen a lot of similar cases get lost in the system, but it just seems so unfair. I do wonder why there hasn’t been more progress or public discussion. Are there any witnesses who might still feel unsafe speaking out? Potential evidence that wasn’t explored enough back then? If anyone from Greensboro or those familiar with the area have insights or know something about what might have stalled the investigation, it would be great to hear from you. Maybe sharing even the smallest bit of information could help bring some closure to Kevin’s loved ones. He and his family deserve to know that everything possible was done to find the truth.
