I came across the case of Livis Charles Owens Jr. and felt compelled to discuss something that's been on my mind. It's puzzling and sad how sometimes the timing of response plays such a critical role in these investigations. The fact that deputies were actually in the area just an hour before Owens was found is haunting. It makes me wonder if there were any missed opportunities or if something could've been done differently to prevent this tragedy. No blame on law enforcement here—they have tough jobs—but it's just hard not to think about the "what ifs." My heart goes out to Mr. Owens’ family and friends. It must be incredibly difficult knowing that justice is still being sought and answers are pending. Really hoping they can find some peace and that the investigation team finds the clarity they need to move forward. Does anyone know if there were reports of similar incidents in the area before or after this happened? Seems strange for such a quiet community like Delco.
