Hi everyone,
I can't stop thinking about Jordan Skaggs and what her family, especially her kids, had to endure. It's gut-wrenching to imagine them coming back from a day of swimming only to find their world shattered. These poor children lost both parents in different ways on the same day. It’s so important that they get the support and love they need as they grow up. I really hope they're in a caring environment where they can heal.
The community often highlights the importance of early intervention in domestic violence cases, but we also need to address the support system for the families left behind. Has anyone heard if there are local groups stepping up to help her kids? It’s these kids’ childhoods that have been impacted forever.
Let’s make sure we check in on the families dealing with the aftermath too. They deserve just as much support and compassion as anyone else.

Does anyone know more about the whereabouts of Jordan and Christopher's children now? My heart goes out to them so much—losing a mother and then dealing with the aftermath of such a tragedy must be unimaginable. I keep thinking about how they were just next door, completely unaware of what was happening. It's truly a double tragedy—losing their mom and essentially losing their dad at the same time. Have any family members spoken about how the kids are doing now, years later? I sincerely hope they're surrounded by love and are getting all the support they need. It's crucial people remember how such events ripple through the lives of the innocent long after the news cycle moves on.
