Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Kevin Millner case, and something that really gets to me is the sheer public nature of where this crime happened. I mean, a parking lot at a Holiday Inn Express? It’s hard to wrap my head around how someone could plan something so terrible in such a common place where any of us might stop during a road trip or while visiting family.
What strikes me is how someone could feel so emboldened to do this in what we’d like to think of as a relatively safe setting. It makes you question how often our assumptions of safety are just illusions, and how important it is for communities to have a watchful eye on places we usually overlook.
Sending thoughts to Kevin’s family and friends; I hope they find strength somehow amidst the chaos. And hopefully, the continued investigation will bring more answers to light. Stay safe, everyone.

I've been following Kevin Christopher Millner's case for a while now and can't stop thinking about the implications of how this robbery turned fatal. It's honestly so disheartening that what seemed to be a planned robbery ended up taking Millner's life. I genuinely wonder if the suspects understood the severity of their actions or the ripple effect this tragedy would have on Kevin's family and the Greensboro community. It just seems so senseless and preventable.
Also, it's disturbing to think about the risk to everyone in similar circumstances. We could be sitting in our cars, our minds a million miles away, not realizing that danger might be lurking so close by. How many of us have taken a moment to think about our surroundings or considered how quickly things can escalate? My thoughts are with Kevin's loved ones, who must be enduring the unimaginable. They deserve all the support they can get as they navigate this painful journey and seek justice for Kevin.
