Has anyone else been following Robert Lara’s case? I was looking into Falfurrias and the situation there, it’s really known for having a checkpoint that migrants often try to bypass. It’s got me thinking about what might have happened during Robert's journey. If he was indeed arrested, as the guide said, why isn't there any record of him in the system? It seems like there would be some kind of paper trail if he was taken into custody. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is for his family not knowing anything definitive. Does anyone have insights on how long somebody might remain undocumented in such a situation, or could this be a case of miscommunication or something else sinister? The lack of details just doesn’t sit right with me.

Has anyone looked into the possibility that Robert Lara might have tried to make his own way after being released? I've been reading up on similar cases, and apparently, it's not uncommon for people in his situation to get lost or disoriented while trying to reach their destination on foot. Maybe he couldn't get in touch with his family because he lost his phone or had no signal. I wonder if local hospitals or shelters were ever checked around the Falfurrias area around the time he vanished... It's such a vast area, and easy for someone without resources to go unnoticed. Any thoughts?
