Hey everyone, I'm new here and just wanted to share some thoughts about the David Alford case. I came across this case while diving into unsolved mysteries, and the thing that really strikes me is the backpack found during that wildfire in Arizona. It makes you wonder, how did it end up there? Was it placed intentionally, or did he really make it that far and intended to be there? The Grand Canyon region is vast and rugged, and it seems like a challenging place for someone to disappear without a trace. Given the intense search of that area after the backpack was found, it seems odd that no other clues turned up. Do any of you think there's a possibility he met someone while trying to hitchhike who might know more? It's such a puzzling aspect of this case. Would love to hear what others think!

Hey everyone, I've been following David Alford's case for a while, and a thought just crossed my mind about the backpack that was found last year. How did it end up in such a remote area of the Grand Canyon? I mean, the firefighters stumbled upon it because of a wildfire, but was it always there, or did someone else place it there more recently? It's strange that they found the backpack with his belongings but nothing else. I wonder if there's any significance to the location it was found in. Was David known to visit or have any connection to that area? It just seems like there might be more to unravel with this particular clue. Like many of you, I just want to understand more and hopefully find some answers.
