Has anyone else been thinking about the role of community witnesses in this case? It's such a brutal tragedy what happened to Robert "Rob Low" Horton, and my heart truly goes out to his family and friends. But one thing that stands out to me is how crucial those witnesses were in helping the investigation. It just goes to show how vital it can be for communities to come together in the wake of such horrific acts. Without the bravery of those who were at the scene and came forward, who knows how much longer Lucas Jr. might have been at large? It's a painful reminder of the strength and responsibility we owe each other as neighbors. Would love to hear others' thoughts on the importance of community action and if more can be done to support it.
