Just came across this tragic case, and my heart goes out to Shawn's family and friends. I was particularly struck by how quickly such a large gathering can spiral out of control. It makes me think about the enormous responsibility on the shoulders of law enforcement when managing such chaotic scenes. From what I've read, the number of shots fired (20 to 30!) suggests a volatile atmosphere that night. It's harrowing to think about how difficult it must have been for anyone caught in that pandemonium. For those in the community, it also raises questions about how to prevent things like this from happening again. I hope the truth comes out, and I honestly pray for some semblance of justice for Shawn and peace for those affected. This incident has definitely left a scar on the community, and it's important to keep talking about it so that awareness can prevent future tragedies.
