Hey everyone, I just wanted to talk a bit about how the BMX community has been coping since Dave Mirra's passing. I think what stands out most to me is how his friends and fellow riders have rallied together in support. It's like his influence is still guiding them, pushing them to stick together and support one another. I've seen several BMX events now that are dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, which I think is one of the best ways to honor Dave's legacy. Even though his death was a huge loss, it's heartening to see his peers using their platforms to jumpstart important conversations and seek out positive changes. It's a reminder that while he's gone, his spirit still rides on in every backflip and tailwhip. Would love to hear your thoughts on more initiatives or stories from those who've been impacted by his life.
