Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through the threads about Lacey West’s terrible case, and what really stands out to me is the situation regarding the two little girls who witnessed the shooting. I can’t even begin to imagine what they must have gone through. It’s such a harsh reality for young children to face, losing their father to prison and witnessing something so traumatic. I sincerely hope they received the help they needed to heal after such a horrible event. The impact on the witness, especially children, often seems to be an overlooked aspect in cases like these. If anyone knows whether there were any support initiatives or community efforts to help the family and those girls in particular, I’d love to hear more about it.
