I came across Marilyn Noble's case recently, and I wanted to share some thoughts on the investigation process. I was really impressed by the collaboration between multiple law enforcement agencies, including Kinston PD and the NCSBI Fugitive and Missing Persons Task Force. It seems like this concerted effort was crucial in bringing Robert Lewis and Edward Garrett to justice. I feel for Marilyn’s family and hope they can take some comfort in knowing that the suspects are behind bars. It’s good to see communities and agencies working together effectively, but it's so sad that it has to come from such tragic circumstances. My thoughts are with Marilyn's family and friends as they navigate this difficult time.

I recently came across Marilyn Noble's case, and I can't help but think about how much she contributed to her community throughout her life. A 20-year veteran at Brock Motor Company, Marilyn was clearly someone who cared deeply about her work and the people around her. It's hard to imagine the void her passing must have left in the lives of her family and all those who knew her. It really got me thinking about how our society values safety and the need to protect those who have given so much to their communities. The response of the law enforcement agencies in tracking down the suspects was commendable, and while nothing can bring Marilyn back, catching those responsible is a step toward honoring her memory. I hope her family can find some solace in the future as they remember her life's positive impact. Let’s keep them in our thoughts and continue to support efforts that make our communities safer.

Has anyone else been following the Noble case? I’ve been thinking a lot about Marilyn’s grandkids and how they must be handling this terrible situation. Losing a grandma—someone who’s probably been a constant source of love and support—is just unimaginable. I can only hope they have a strong support system around them to help get through the days ahead. It's sad to think about how a robbery could lead to such a tragic loss. Hopefully, knowing the two men responsible are facing justice can provide some comfort. My heart goes out to her whole family. ?
