Has anyone else been following the case about David McNair Jr.? It’s so devastating what happened to him. I’ve been thinking a lot about the timing and circumstances surrounding Justin Smith's arrest. It’s troubling to see someone with a history of violence, like those additional charges of assault and communicating threats, escalate to something as severe as murder. It makes you wonder if there were warning signs that maybe could’ve been addressed earlier to prevent such a tragedy.
