I recently found myself reading about Kevin Ruben Marquez's case, and it really hits hard thinking about what his family and friends have been through these past years. I've been wondering about the security in that apartment complex. It’s a tragedy like this that makes you question how these places can prevent such incidents. Were there any surveillance cameras in the area that could have caught any suspicious activity or people? The lack of suspects is frustrating, but maybe increased security could have offered some clues or even deterred the crime altogether. I hope the complex has taken steps to improve its security since Kevin’s death. It might not bring him back, but at least it could save others down the line. My thoughts are with Kevin's family and friends as they wait for answers and justice.
