Did anyone else notice how quickly Corey Alexander Todd turned himself in after the incident? It's been on my mind since this all started. It seems like he surrendered just 9 days after the shooting. I find this pretty unusual and can't help but wonder what it might say about his involvement or state of mind. Many people in the community are understandably searching for answers, trying to make sense of Rakeem's tragic death, and I'm sure this detail is a piece of the puzzle.
