I’ve been following Joshua Dibuono’s case and it’s truly baffling. Has anyone else looked into the area where the shooting occurred on U.S. Route 17? It seems to be a pretty busy road, so I’m curious if any surveillance footage from nearby businesses caught the Dodge Neon on camera. It’s frustrating that, with all the technology available these days, there might not be footage that could help identify these suspects. I can't begin to imagine the agony his family and friends must be experiencing, waiting for answers. If anyone local to Elizabeth City has noticed increased police activity around that area post-incident or heard any chatter, even the smallest detail could be crucial. Let's hope someone comes forward and this family can finally find some peace.
