I can’t stop thinking about the timeline of events that day. It was the middle of the afternoon when Darleen was found. How unsettling that someone could commit such a heinous act in broad daylight, seemingly without being seen or heard by neighbors. It really makes you wonder if the perpetrator knew the area well or if they were just incredibly bold. I hope the police are digging into any possible CCTV footage from surrounding areas or looking into who might have been in the vicinity around that time. My heart goes out to Chantel and the rest of Darleen's family—this uncertainty has to be unbearable. It's perplexing how cases like these can go cold despite happening in such seemingly ordinary circumstances. Hopefully, the breakthrough everyone is hoping for comes soon.
