I read that the family released a statement urging conversations about mental illness—such a powerful reminder that we often overlook these discussions until it's too late. I’ve been following Isaiah Hill’s case, and I can’t stop thinking about the support systems that have been put in place at Snow Hill Primary School. It’s reassuring to see the entire school community come together and provide the support needed during such an incredibly difficult time. Offering counselors and mental health professionals for the kids and staff was such a vital step. Losing a classmate like Isaiah, who spread so much joy, laughter, and curiosity, must be an overwhelming experience for those children. I hope they continue to receive the care and attention they need to eventually heal. Sending love to all those impacted by this tragedy.
