Did anyone else catch the news about the uptick in violence around that time in Greensboro? Darren Denard Herbin’s murder was one of three fatal shootings in just one day. It’s terrifying to think about how the community must have felt with these events happening so close together. I can’t even imagine the fear and uncertainty his family must have been going through, not knowing if it was a random act or something more targeted. I hope the police are able to piece it all together and soon. It's just so sad that what happened to Darren was a part of a larger wave affecting everyone in the area.
