Was anyone else at the birthday party able to provide more details about what happened that night? It seems like there were so many people around, and yet, the motive behind the shooting is still unclear. I can't imagine how devastating this is for William's friends and family, especially not knowing why this tragedy occurred. It's unsettling that Christopher Ryan Locklear is still out there, and I'm hoping the community can come together to help the authorities find him. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small it seems, please consider reaching out to the Robeson County Sheriff's Office. William deserves justice, and his family deserves answers.
