I came across this case and felt compelled to share my thoughts, especially about how the community has responded. It’s truly touching to see how the people in Jacksonville have come together throughout this tragic event. The way local businesses and residents have rallied around Felicia Parker’s family is a testament to their strength and solidarity. It's crucial for law enforcement to receive as much support as possible from the community as they piece together what happened at the Budget Inn. I think we often underestimate the power that community involvement can have in a case like this. It's not just about gathering evidence—it's about making sure that Felicia’s story is remembered and that her family knows they are not alone in seeking justice. If anyone local has insights or even has noticed positive changes in the community since then, I think it could be encouraging for others to hear about. We can only hope that the ongoing support leads to finding the truth and holding the right people accountable.
