Hey everyone, I wanted to dive into the aspect of how the police were able to finally track down Mortez Hurse after almost three years. Seems like a long time, and I'm curious how these long-term investigations play out. From what I've read, it was a routine traffic stop in Mississippi that led to his arrest. It just goes to show how important those day-to-day traffic stops can be in the bigger picture, even though it must have been frustrating for Preston's loved ones to wait for answers all that time. It's been really moving to see the community come together to remember Preston as such a loving and genuine soul. He clearly touched a lot of lives, and it's comforting to know his memory lives on through those who knew him. Sending my thoughts to his family during this challenging time. Has anyone heard more about the extradition process to North Carolina? I'm hopeful this will help bring some justice and closure.

Wow, it's hard to wrap my head around this. I can't even begin to imagine what Preston Nicholson’s family is going through. It must have been a long and painful wait over those years with no answers. The fact that Mortez Hurse was on the road driving trucks all that time is chilling. How many others did he encounter that might have been in danger without even knowing it? It brings a little relief to know that the family might finally get some answers, but I can't help but think about how unfair it is that Preston's loved ones had to endure this for so long. I'm really hoping this brings some comfort to those who knew and loved him. It just goes to show how important it is to never give up hope that justice will prevail.
