Has anyone heard more about the community's response to this tragedy? I’ve been following the case and the fact that Bertin Vasquez Mendoza and Murilio Zurito Domingo lost their lives in such a violent manner is beyond devastating for their families and friends. My heart goes out to them during what must be an unimaginably difficult time. What’s really unsettling is how this wasn't an isolated incident that day. I’ve read that there was another shooting at Alden Place Apartments. It’s disturbing to think about how much violence happened in such a short time. I can’t help but wonder how the local community is coping with all this. Are there any grassroots efforts or community meetings to discuss violence prevention and support for affected families? I’m hoping that with the ongoing investigation, there might also be some proactive steps taken to prevent such tragedies from happening again. If anyone from the area has insights or updates, I’d really appreciate hearing them. Stay safe, everyone.

Has anyone else been thinking about the role the local community might have played in the investigation of Bertin Vasquez Mendoza's and Murilio Zurito Domingo's murders? It's just devastating how these violent incidents can completely tear apart a community. I saw that the police were appealing to the public for information to help locate the suspects. I wonder how effective these community leads usually are in cases like this. It's so important for residents to feel safe and united, especially after such a traumatic event. I can't imagine the pain Bertin and Murilio's families and friends must be going through right now. My thoughts are with them, and I really hope anyone who knows something comes forward to help bring some closure to this tragic situation.
