Has anyone else been following the legal proceedings in the Rayshun Terry case? It’s been on my mind since the incident in High Point back in 2019. I can’t imagine the pain his family must be going through, especially with all the delays in court. I noticed that one of the suspects, Tamontrez Collins, was released on bond and failed to show up for court. That alone must have been incredibly frustrating for the family. From what I've read, justice seems to be moving slowly, but at least Collins was captured later by the U.S. Marshals Service. It's somewhat reassuring to see the persistence of law enforcement and their determination to ensure accountability. I really hope the courts can soon address this appropriately. Terry's family deserves closure, and the whole situation sheds light on the seriousness of stepping in to defuse fights, especially when guns are involved. Thoughts?
