I can't stop thinking about the timeline surrounding James McKnight's tragic death. It seemed unusual that there was such a quick decision regarding the shooting being justified. Has anyone else dug into this? I've read that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department did a thorough investigation, but the details released were minimal. If the shooting was truly in self-defense, wouldn't there be more clarity on what led up to it? Just trying to piece together how everything unfolded that tragic night. My heart goes out to his family and friends, who must be struggling with so many questions while still trying to come to terms with their loss.
