I’ve been thinking about the devastating loss of Tevonte Epps and what a remarkable person he was, especially how he managed to juggle so many important roles in his life. It's clear from everything I’ve read that Tevonte wasn’t just passionate about his own dreams but was deeply invested in the successes of those around him, be it his friends or his family. His entrepreneurial spirit and involvement in a friend's rap career just shows how supportive he really was. With so many people remembering him fondly, it’s heartbreaking to think about the opportunities and potential he was stripped of that night. His son, Tevonte Jr., will grow up hearing stories of how incredible his father was, and that’s both beautiful and incredibly sad. If anyone has any insight about the resources available for supporting families affected by this kind of violence, please share. His family deserves all the help they can get in dealing with this tragedy. Sending my thoughts to those who knew and loved him.
