Has anyone else read the court transcripts from Monalisa McMillian's case? I've been digging into them, and what really stood out to me was the testimony from the ballistics expert. The fact that the bullet matched the .22 caliber pistol found in Singletary's car seems like such a crucial piece of evidence. It really makes me think about the level of detail and expertise that goes into these investigations. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for Monalisa's family to relive every time a new piece of information comes to light. I hope they find some semblance of peace knowing justice was served, but it doesn't bring their loved one back. Would love to hear others' thoughts on how ballistics can become the turning point in cases like this.
