Has anyone else been following the case of Deonte Ellison and Javon Malik Brown? It's just so tragic to think about how much promise Deonte had, especially with his talent in sports. I came across some information that one of his basketball coaches spoke out about how dedicated and hardworking he was. He mentioned how Deonte would always stay late after practice to work on his skills and help other teammates. It makes you think about the future he could have had and how much his presence must be missed by everyone at his school and in his neighborhood. If anyone knows more about how the community is coping or if there's been any memorial events, I'd love to hear about it. It's important we keep their memories alive.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Deonte James Ellison and Javon Malik Brown, and something that keeps sticking with me is the role of the bystanders that night. I can't help but wonder about the people who might have been at the Wendy's or driving by on Merrimon Avenue around 9:15 PM. It's shocking to think about how close they were to such a horrific incident. I hope that if anyone saw something that night, they'd reach out to the authorities.
I feel for Deonte's family and community, including his younger brother Ayden, who must carry the weight of this loss. Deonte seemed like such an incredible young man with a bright future. Whether he was on the field playing sports or just being a supportive brother, his absence is undoubtedly palpable.
Stay vigilant, everyone, and if you hear anything new about this tragedy, please share. Deonte and Javon deserve justice, and any piece of information could lead us closer to that.
Take care,
