It's so upsetting to read about Leroy Dechun Davis and know his family is still fighting for answers after all these years. I’ve been looking into cold cases in Detroit, and it's shocking how many remain unsolved. Leroy's story especially stands out to me because he was just there to visit his sick mother—so many layers of tragedy. Does anyone know if there were any security cameras at that Family Dollar, or if any footage was ever released? Seems like that area might have a lot of foot traffic, and maybe someone saw something that could still help. My heart goes out to his family; not knowing must be incredibly painful. Has anyone come across any updates on potential leads or community initiatives to help solve his case?
