I’ve been following the tragic case of Terence Wallace, and I just can't get past the role workplaces have in ensuring safety after what happened. It’s so devastating to think about how a simple workday at Discount Tire turned into such a horrific event for Terence and his fellow employees. I can’t help but feel for his coworkers who witnessed such a traumatic event unfold. The emotional impact must be unimaginable. Does anyone know if Discount Tire or similar businesses have altered their security measures in light of this tragedy? It's a harsh reminder of how important it is for employers to create secure spaces. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this senseless act, especially Terence’s family, friends, and colleagues.

I’ve been following the case of Terence Cabilin Wallace, and the more I think about it, the more I can’t help but wonder about the emotional impact this has had on his coworkers at Discount Tire.
