I've been following Joshua Hollingsworth's case closely, and something that's really been on my mind is the whole situation with the evidence—or lack thereof—that led to Jamal Harris's charges being dropped. It must be so painful for Joshua's family to go through this long ordeal and to see the charges dismissed due to insufficient proof of intent or whatever the official term is. I can't imagine how you balance grief with the complexities of the legal system when you're just trying to find justice for a loved one.
It's tough because we only get bits and pieces of information, and the justice system can be so opaque. I wonder if there were surveillance cameras in the area or eyewitnesses that might not have been mentioned. A young man's life was tragically cut short, and it feels like there was a critical piece missing in finding accountability. Really hoping that somehow Joshua's loved ones find some peace and support through all of this. He's remembered always through the laughter and love he brought to everyone around him. Any thoughts on the specifics of the evidence (or the lack thereof) in cases like this?
