I've been following the tragic case of Logan Carl Jones, and it hits particularly hard when I think about the impact on his brothers, Trilton Jr. and Luke. Losing an older brother, especially someone as kind and reliable as Logan, must be an unimaginable loss. Being the 'big brother' often comes with the role of a protector, mentor, and friend, and now they're left with a huge void. I hope that their community is rallying around them and providing support. This also reminds me of how sometimes overlooked parts of these tragic stories are the siblings’ journeys through such grief. They have to navigate life without Logan, and that really speaks to the widespread devastation a single act of violence can cause. My thoughts are with the Jones family during what must be an incredibly challenging time.
