What a terrible thing to carry. Your father died before you were born and you don't know who did it. This is a frustrating case. His family does not deserve this turmoil when they should have just been focused on the joy of a new life in the family. My heart goes out to them.

It’s truly difficult to comprehend how someone so full of life can be taken away so suddenly. Derrick, or "Nuke," meant so much to so many, and hearing about the upcoming joy he was about to experience as a father just deepens the sorrow. What sticks with me is the unclear location of the shooting itself. It's puzzling and makes me question what circumstances led to such a tragic outcome. It's crucial for the community to come together, share whatever they know, and fill in those gaps. Derrick's family deserves answers and closure. I hope that anyone who might have seen or heard anything, no matter how minor it seems, reaches out to the authorities. We owe it to Derrick and his loved ones to find who did this and why.
