Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Elante Nasir Thompson and something that's been on my mind is the role the targeted locations might have played. Both houses on Woodside and Leigh Avenue were shot at, but none of the victims actually lived there. Does anyone have any local insight into why these particular homes were targeted? It just doesn’t make sense to me why they were chosen if the victims weren’t residents. It's deeply unsettling how random this act of violence seems, and my thoughts are with Elante's family and friends who are grappling with such an immense loss. I can't imagine the pain they must be going through, especially with these lingering questions about why it all happened.
