Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Leshawn Tylek Ford case, and something that’s been on my mind is the role of community involvement in these investigations. It's clear the Raleigh Police Department is putting in work, but it sounds like they really could use more eyewitness accounts to piece together what happened that night on Burgundy Street. I can only imagine how tough this must be for Leshawn’s family and friends, having to wait for justice while grappling with the loss. It just makes me think about the importance of coming forward if you know anything. Even the smallest detail can make a huge difference. I hope that with the community's support, the police can get more leads to find the person or people responsible for this senseless act. And on that note, if anyone’s from around the area or knows folks who could've been nearby that night, maybe remind them that it’s not too late to reach out to the authorities with any info they have? Every little bit helps, and Leshawn and his loved ones deserve answers and justice.
