I wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind regarding Anthony Julius Davis and the shooting in Lumber Bridge. My heart goes out to Anthony's family and the immense loss they're experiencing; losing someone so young and full of potential is utterly devastating. I’ve been following the investigations and noticed that there doesn't seem to be much communication about what the authorities are doing to track down the person of interest. It’s frustrating not having updates or seeing progress being shared with the community. Many folks are understandably angry and anxious, feeling like they're being left in the dark. We all just want some kind of reassurance that justice is being pursued with the urgency it deserves. Hopefully, people with any information feel encouraged to come forward. I also think it could be helpful for the community to organize some sort of vigil or memorial event. Not only as a way to honor Anthony's memory and support his family, but also to keep public focus on this case. Our voices could make a difference and might encourage someone to speak up if they've been holding back. Let's keep talking and sharing. Anthony and Jarel deserve justice, and their families deserve peace.
