I've been following the case of Brodrick "Butta" Anderson, and it just makes me wonder about the environment in our communities. It's so unsettling that this happened in broad daylight, and it seems like nobody saw anything or came forward. It’s terrifying to think that there could be someone out there walking freely despite such a violent act.
I've read about Butta's life and how much he meant to his family and friends. He seemed like such a caring and vibrant person. It's beyond frustrating that they’re still waiting for answers. I'm hoping that someone remembers something, even if it seems trivial, and decides to share it with the authorities.
We all need to keep talking about Butta and cases like his. It's important that they don't fade from public memory because everyone deserves justice, and no family should have to endure this sort of pain alone. Sending strength and support to Brodrick's loved ones.

Something I'm curious about is the choice of location for the crime. South Liberty and Terpsichore streets aren’t usually mentioned as high-crime areas, at least based on what I've been reading. Could this mean that Brodrick was at the wrong place at the wrong time, or is there a chance he knew the person who did this? It seems so baffling that no one has come forward with more info after all these years, especially given how loved Butta was. My heart goes out to everyone who knew him, and I genuinely hope someone with information will step forward to help bring justice to his family.
