I've been following the case of Gary Wayne Porter since it first came to light back in 2016, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this had on his family—especially Melva and the other children. It's hard to fathom how they all managed to cope with not only the loss of Gary but also with the fact that Gavin was involved. Does anyone know if there have been any efforts in Greensburg to address the wider issues this case highlighted, like domestic violence or family conflict? Maybe there's a silver lining in raising awareness and preventing future tragedies.
