Has anyone else been thinking about the impact that this accident might have had on those two children involved in Mr. Liebkemann's death? It’s unimaginable to think about how they must have felt in that moment and the years following. From what I’ve read, it doesn’t seem like there were any formal charges or investigations, which might point to everyone involved acknowledging it was a tragic accident. Still, the emotional weight must be immense for those kids, not to mention the family members grappling with the loss of Robert. I can't help but wonder about the resources or support systems that were made available to help the children process and cope with this trauma. It’s one of those cases where the ripples of grief and guilt can be so widespread. My thoughts go out to everyone touched by this tragedy.
