Hey everyone,
As I read through this case, I couldn’t help but think about Dwayne's plans to move to Texas for a safer life—a future snatched away too soon. It's truly tragic how someone trying to leave behind the violence and build a better life never got the chance. It must be incredibly hard for his family, facing the same nightmare twice. Losing both Dwayne and Deron in similar, violent circumstances is unimaginable.
The lack of progress in the investigations is so frustrating and must be heart-wrenching for everyone who knew and loved them. How has their family managed to stay strong under such heart-wrenching circumstances? I hope they find the justice and peace they deserve soon.
Sending love to the Hitchens family and all those affected by these devastating losses. Let's hope some new leads come to light that can finally bring answers and some closure.
Take care, everyone. ❤️
Hi everyone,
I’ve been following the Dwayne Hitchens Jr. case and something about it keeps nagging at me. Isn’t it strange how the threat made against him and his friends was so blatant, yet the investigation seems to be at a standstill? It’s awful to think about the fear they must have felt, and to have such a clear indicator of potential danger brushed off—or so it seems—is deeply unsettling. It makes me wonder if there are witnesses who might have seen or heard more than they’ve let on. Could there be more people who were at that club and overheard the threat? I really feel for the family; going through such a tragic loss, especially after losing Deron in a similar way, is unimaginable. The community deserves answers, and the family deserves justice. Anyone else have any thoughts or insight on this angle?
