Hey everyone, Just wanted to bring attention to a detail about Alfreda Mills' case that seems overlooked. I was reading some local news reports, and it mentioned that the incident occurred in a particularly troubling weekend for Baton Rouge, with Byron Jenkins also losing his life around the same time. It's mind-boggling and deeply unsettling how multiple lives were lost to violence in just a few days. What catches my eye is how these crimes might potentially be linked, considering the proximity in timing. The police say there are no suspects yet, but could there be a connection between these two tragedies? Has anyone here looked into similar cases during that period, or does anyone have insights into crime patterns in Baton Rouge around early 2018? I know this doesn't bring Alfreda back, but understanding the broader context might help nudge the investigation in a direction that finally yields some answers. Keeping Alfreda and Byron's families in my thoughts as they search for justice and closure. Stay safe out there, everyone.
